The September 2025 meeting of the Board of Directors of Nebraska Public Power District will be held Wednesday and Thursday, September 10-11, 2025, at NPPD’s General Office, 1414 15th Street, Columbus, Nebraska. NPPD Board committees will also meet over the two days, at the Columbus General Office.
The schedule for NPPD’s September 2025 Board meeting is as follows:
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2025
- Finance Committee of the Whole – 12:30 p.m., Niobrara Room
- NPPD Board of Directors Meeting, including General Counsel Report – following Finance Committee of the Whole, Board Room
Following meetings on September 10, the NPPD Board of Directors will reconvene for a special meeting with the Nebraska Electric G&T Board at NPPD’s General Office in Columbus, beginning at approximately 3:30 p.m.
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2025
- Operations Committee – 7:30 a.m., Loup Room
- Customer and Corporate Services Committee – 7:30 a.m., Niobrara Room
- NPPD Board of Directors Meeting, including Nuclear Committee of the Whole – following Operations Committee and Customer & Corporate Services Committee, Board Room
- Public Comments – 9:30 a.m., Board Room
The public will be able to watch live video streams of board proceedings by accessing nppd.com. The video stream for Finance Committee of the Whole will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10, and the video stream for the full Board of Directors meeting is expected to begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 11; further schedule updates will be available at www.nppd.com on September 10 and 11. Recordings of these meetings will be available at www.nppd.com approximately one week after the meeting. The Operations Committee and Customer & Corporate Services Committee meetings will not be streamed.
It is possible that portions of the September 10-11, 2025, meetings will be held in Executive Session.
