The August 2025 meeting of the Board of Directors of Nebraska Public Power District will be held Wednesday and Thursday, August 13-14, 2025, at NPPD’s General Office, 1414 15th Street, Columbus, Nebraska. NPPD Board committees will also meet August 14, at the Columbus General Office.
The schedule for NPPD’s August 2025 Board meeting is as follows:

THURSDAY, AUGUST 14, 2025
- Finance Committee of the Whole – 8:30 a.m., Platte Room
- Operations Committee – following Finance Committee, Loup Room
- Customer and Corporate Services Committee – following Finance Committee, Niobrara Room
- Board Strategic Business Matters – following Operations Committee and Customer & Corporate Services Committee, Board Room
- NPPD Board of Directors Meeting – following Board Strategic Business Session, Board Room
- Nuclear Committee of the Whole and Finance Committee of the Whole – will meet as part of the Board of Directors Meeting
- Public Comments – 11:30 a.m., Board Room
The public will be able to watch live video streams of board proceedings on Thursday, August 14, by accessing nppd.com. The video stream for Finance Committee of the Whole will begin at 8:30 a.m.; a second, separate video stream for the full Board of Directors meeting is expected to begin at approximately 10:45 a.m., with Strategic Business Matters; further schedule updates will be available on NPPD’s website the morning of August 14. Recordings of these meetings will be available at nppd.com approximately one week after the meeting. The Operations Committee and Customer & Corporate Services Committee meetings will not be streamed.
It is possible that portions of the August 13-14, 2025, meetings will be held in Executive Session.
