When you sign up for autopay, your bill will be drafted for the amount and paid using your bank account on the day it is due. You can also sign up for billing notifications and receive a monthly email or text reminder when your bill is due.

Submitting payment for an amount less than your full balance on or after the due date is NOT considered a payment arrangement with NPPD. We do not accept post-dated checks or checks marked 'paid in full.' Your account may be subject to any applicable late fees and/or termination of your electric service in accordance with any applicable Disconnection Notice on your NPPD statement.
