Norfolk to Stanton North Project

The Norfolk-Stanton North Project is an approximate seven-to-nine-mile, 115 kV transmission line to provide a necessary path between a substation east of the City of Norfolk and a substation northwest of the City of Stanton. The new line will increase the system’s transmission capacity to meet increasing demand and further enhance reliability and resiliency in the Stanton, Cuming, and Burt County areas.

Scottsbluff Power Project

The Scottsbluff Power Project is an approximate ten-mile, 115 kV transmission line to provide a necessary second path between the city’s two load delivery substations. The new line will increase the transmission system capacity to meet electrical demand, reduce congestion, and further enhance the reliability and resiliency of the Scottsbluff and western Nebraska areas.

R-Project

Our electric grid is an essential link to reliable delivery of electricity when you need it. To ensure greater reliability, we plan to construct a 345,000-volt transmission line from Gerald Gentleman Station near Sutherland to an existing substation east of Thedford, then proceed east and connect to a second substation to be sited in Holt County.
